To install the 1746-OB8 AB module, follow these steps:
- Turn off power to the programmable controller.
- Remove the cover from the I/O chassis.
- Insert the module into an available slot in the I/O chassis.
- Secure the module in place with the latch.
- Connect the wiring to the module’s terminal block.
- Replace the cover on the I/O chassis.
- Turn on power to the programmable controller and verify proper operation.
