BENTLY 3500/42M
The Bently Nevada 3500/42M module is an input/output module designed specifically for monitoring mechanical equipment vibration and is part of the Bently Nevada 3500 family. It is typically used in conjunction with Bently Nevada’s vibration monitoring system to collect, process and analyze signals from vibration sensors, enabling early fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance of equipment.
Product name
Bently Nevada 3500/42M Proximitor/ Seismic monitoring I/O module
Product description
The 3500/42M module is primarily used to acquire and process signals from Proximitor (a non-contact vibration sensor) and seismic sensors. It can convert analog signal to digital signal, and filter, amplify and other processing, and then transmit the processed data to the host computer. By analyzing these data, the vibration status of the equipment can be monitored, potential faults can be discovered in time, and sudden failures of the equipment can be avoided, thus improving the reliability and availability of the equipment.
