NI PXIE-4145
The NI PXIe-4145 module is a 4-channel source measurement unit (SMU) designed for high pin count applications. The module operates in a four-quadrant mode, with remote (4-wire) sensing integrated in each channel for high-precision measurements.
The high sampling rate of the PXIe-4145 enables it to capture the transient characteristics of the device and can be used for rapid IV characteristic analysis. With the high-speed sequence engine, users can synchronize multiple SMU modules or with other instruments, such as switches or high-speed digital testers.
