The GE HE693RTU900 module is a temperature control module that allows
RTD temperature sensors to be connected directly to the PLC without the need for external signal processing (such as transmitters, etc.). All analog and digital processing of the RTD signal is performed on this module. These backplane isolation (or bus isolation) modules have programmable resolutions in increments of 0.05°C, 0.05°F, 0.1°C, 0.1°F, 0.5°C, 0.5°F. The module has six channels whose temperature values are reported to the 6%AI input register. Each channel has 6 %I alarm bits and a set point alarm. Use the 6%AQ register to configure alert setting point 1 for each channel.
